KIU announces graduation results
Female and Male Students of Skardu and Gilgit shine

Gilgit, December 3: Examination Department of the Karakuram International University (KIU) announced results of BA and B.Sc. today at the university campus.
24 % of the BA/BSc students and 59% of B.Com students were successful in the examination.
According to the results Shakeel Ahmed Shigri of Degree College, Skardu, topped in the science group while two more students of the same college, Muhammad Arshad and Sheema Ahmed, got the second and third position, respectively.
Private candidate from Gilgit, Afsheen, topped in the arts group and the second and third positions were secured by Shela Salman and Arif Alam.
In Commerce Group part I examination the top position was secured by Saima Nisar, second position by Maqsood Akhtar and third position by Sher Ahmed Khan. In B.Com part II, Fatima Begum got first position, while the second and third position were secured by Komal Alam and Faiz Ahmed Faiz, respectively.
VC Dr. Najma congratulated the successful candidates and praised them for a job well done. She also said that those who passed by cheating in the exams have deceived themselves and their successes will be short lived.

Gilgit College of commerce and economics is the pioneer commerce college of Gilgit and Baltistan.It started its journey in year 2004 with eight students and transformed itself an esteemed educational institution in short span of time.Now enrolment has reached upto 400 students in its two campuses.
It its short history it has shown brillient results in I.Com and B.Com examinations securing an average of 70 % results each year.
Fatima Begum of GCCE secured top position in B.Com II exam and Sher Ahmad secured third position in B.Com I.
