KNM rally denounces package for Gilgit – Baltistan

Gilgit, September 03: Members and leaders of the Karakuram National Movement organized a rally here in Gilgit, protesting against the recently announced politicl reforms package for Gilgit – Baltistan. Holding banners and placards the protestors chanted slogans, terming the package as an eyewash and fraud, they demanded complete autonomy for Gilgit – Baltistan.
The rally started from Garhi Bagh, near NLI maket, and culminated at the office of UN military unit, in Jutial. The protesters presented a memorendum to the UN staff, seeking complete human rights for the people of Gigit – Baltistan in accordance to the regulations of UN.
I consider the new package as cosmetic changes, all the parties in Gilgit Baltistan should organize a rally in Islamabad and writers from all age must write articles in news papers and tell the rulers in Islamabad what the people of Gilgit Baltistan wants.
