Shaheed Benazir Tractor Scheme:One of PPP’s many promises for GB

PPP has promised with people of Gilgit – Baltistan that tractors would be distributed in the region as part of farmer empowerment scheme. In this photograph a farmer tours Haiderabad – Sindh after getting the tractor. The question is whether PPP would be able to keep its promise in Gilgit – Baltistan or not?
