Pamir Times is the pioneering community news and views portal of Gilgit – Baltistan, Kohistan, Chitral and the surrounding mountain areas. It is a voluntary, not-for-profit, non-partisan and independent venture initiated by the youth.
Zulfiqar Ali Khan’s excellent pictures are a valuable documentation of the evolving state of the spillway for researchers, but this latest format only shows at low resolution compared to his earlier photos and thereby yield considerably less information.
