SBP orders freezing of bank accounts of people listed under 4th Schedule
Islamabad: The State Bank of Pakistan has ordered all the banks to freeze the accounts related to more than 2000 people who have been put on a list under the 4th schedule on suspicion of direct or indirect involvement in terror financing.
More than half of the on the list belong to Punjab, while 106 people, including religious and nationalist leaders and activists from Gilgit-Baltistan are also included.
