AKRSP organizing GBC Entrepreneurship Day in Islamabad
Islamabad: The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme and a number of local organisations are organising the Gilgit-Batlistan & Chitral (GBC) Entrepreneurship Day at Lok Virsa, Islamabad, on Sunday, April 2.
Program:
11am: Panel Discussion
12pm – 5pm: Exhibition Stalls by Business Women, GBC Youth and other Organizations.
3pm – 4pm: Theatre Performance on Women Empowerment Theme
4pm – 5pm: Closing Ceremony
Participation Criteria for the Event:
– Youth (18-35 yrs) 70 % Girls and 30% Boys
– The Participant should belong to Gilgit, Baltistan and Chitral, currently based/residing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi
– The participant should be a member of any GBC group/association/organization –
To enhance the role of successful women business entrepreneurs, AKRSP will hold a panel discussion for the emerging young entrepreneurs to share their problems in count of business development. The panelist will share their inspiring success stories with guidance on how to make your business more successful being a woman. Participants will be provided an opportunity to share their feedback and ask questions from the Panel members.
– Theater Performance is also part of the event.
– Stalls will be given to each YOS.
– Panting Art and Photography competition themed Women Empowerment is part of the event.
– Stalls for young entrepreneurs from GBC are encouraged to reserve their stalls.
