Al-Amyn School completes 17 years with visionay shift in focus areas
Hunza, April 14: Al-Amyn Model School is completing 17 years of providing high quality education services to the local community of Gojal Valley, at their door step. The BoD and management have decided to introduce new changes from the coming session to be started from the end of May in order to ensure holistic development of the students.
In this regard the school will offer Arts and Commerce classes for the students not interested in pursuing careers in disciplines of science. The school is also going to become the first educational institution in the region to introduce Early Child Care and Development (ECCD) for children in the age group 3-8 years, with the support of AKES, P. The management has also decided to start special sessions on Music, Fine Arts, Crafts and other performing arts in order to enhance the potentials of children in these fields. The school is also in process of developing a Wakhi Syllabus, to be introduced as pilot project from the coming session.
The community has appreciated the efforts of Principal Nazir Ahmed Bulbul, Rahim Khan and BoD leadership and members for this visionary and strategic shift in the focus of the school.
