SCO not creating hurdles for provision of 3G/4G services in Gilgit-Baltistan, says Sector Commander

Gilgit, October 2: The Special Communication Organization (SCO) is providing services to the region in remote parts of Gilgit-Baltistan despite of geographical and logistic hurdles. Efforts are underway to further improve the ITC services in the region.
These views were shared by Col. Imran Bhatti, Sector Commander of Special Communication Organization (SCO), while talking to journalists in Gilgit at his office. He said that SCO is making efforts to provide 3G/4G services in the GB region. “SCO has formally approached the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to get permission for provision of 3G/4G services in the region”, he said.
